Lecture on Sleep

Lecture on Sleep

On Wednesday 4/9 Christian Benedict held a very appreciated lecture on the importance of sleep, during our parents evening for Middle School. It tied in very well with Anders Hansen's “sommarprat” on the effects of exercise and sleep on our health. One point they both make: please make sure your mobiles are not next to your bedside when sleeping, but in another room, turned off!

IES wins Pythagoras Quest Competition

IES wins Pythagoras Quest Competition

For the second year in a row IES has taken first and second place in the finals.  Both IES Lund and IES Uppsala had a total of 30 points but IES Lund was slightly faster in the speed test, which is why IES Uppsala received second place. Both schools did am excellent job in the task competition!

David Mörtberg, from Uppsala, won the Pythagoras Quick final!
